Service Usage Conditions

- You are accountable for all transactions conducted using the virtual credit card, including actions authorized by other individuals.

Transaction Risk Control Rules
To ensure transaction security and compliance, the following rules apply:
- Handling Multiple Consecutive Failures - If multiple consecutive transaction failures occur, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict card functions until identity verification or additional information is provided.
- Unusual Refund Detection - High-frequency or large-scale refunds will trigger additional reviews, and the card may be temporarily frozen to ensure fund security.
- Merchant and Region Checks - Certain merchants or transactions in specific countries may be flagged as high-risk, potentially requiring further verification.
- Suspected Fraud Management - If systematic fraud risks are identified (e.g., exploiting platform loopholes), affected accounts will be suspended immediately and subjected to further review.
- Cumulative Transaction Monitoring - Transactions exceeding normal thresholds within a given period may lead to temporary restrictions pending further investigation.
Fees and Settlements
- Service fees such as card issuance fees, recharge fees, and transaction fees may apply. The fee structure will be published on our official website.
- You agree to pay any applicable fees based on your usage and ensure sufficient account balance.
Refund Policy
Before we proceed with your refund request, please note the following conditions:
Refund Address
Refunds can only be processed to the address originally used to deposit funds on our platform. If you transferred funds via an exchange, a special refund procedure will be required.
Refund Fees
- Gas Fee: 56 TRX (converted to USDT based on the current exchange rate)
- Transaction Fee: 1% of the remaining balance
- Service Fee: 5 USD per transaction

Once the compliance review is completed, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
